I like to pass the buck as much as anyone else does, but listen, don't sell me out because of your shortcomings, and I don't exist professionally to consistently pull your ass out of the fire. You have a position at a facility, do your job, don't rely on me to do it for you. You have staffing issues, fix them, you have supervision problems, supervise. Now I know that way back when, when I had that job, when I had a contractor cover shifts for me, I called in and checked. I wanted to know. Do YOUR JOB ASSHOLE!
