What Happened to?

I’m going to just let loose on a few things. First and foremost, whatever happened to common decency in the world? Not pushing a priest out of the snow ( I didn’t know he was a priest until afterwards) or carrying old peoples stuff. Is it me or has the standard of decency just blatantly decreased?

What about peoples driving skills? Do they still require a road test? You wouldn’t know it by the people I see around here. 20 MPH in the snow, 30 MPH in the rain, 42.5 MPH on a good day. No ability to merge. I used to make fun of the people when I lived in NC about their inability to even contemplate a heavy merge, but it seems as if that isn’t possible here either.

Can anyone tell me why the vast majority of people that I see each and every day walk around talking to themselves? Did we close too many institutions? I know I work in essentially the armpit of Eastern New York State but…..

WTF is going on around here?

Main Street in Poughkeepsie is- yes the armpit. Mississippi- yes- relatives in beautiful Tupelo. You are right about who you're with, thats the second time I've read that one. People with SUV's that dont know how to drive suck- and dont start me on Subaru drivers.
