A New Restaurant Called "EDADIX"

I do quite a bit of driving each day for work, either the daily commute or for work itself. I’ve seen a lot of strange signs this year, either temporary signs or permanent ones. Mark has a digital camera, but doesn’t have it with him enough to get good pics.

I saw this sign today on a Rollerink. “ VD Dance on Saturday February 12th.” WTF? Would you want to dance if you had VD? I wonder if that made it past the town elders in that beautiful town where FDR used to live?

In the same town, but on a different street, there is a Chinese Restaurant called “ Hung Far 2.” OK- Really? Is that supposed to be a funny joke or did somebody just not understand that “ Hung Far 2” or “Yeoung Ho 3” probably would make every kid under 15 laugh when they saw it ( anyone who doesn’t laugh when they see stuff like that just isn’t alive I’m sorry). I don’t think Hung Far is an appropriate name for a Chinese restaurant- but I’ll leave that be before you think I’m unseemly.

Anyway- I also saw the sign this year- (Insert name here) Deli- Home of the Original Meatbox. Now that is self explanatory, does “Needledicks Deli” really need to exploit that? What is next “Jon Doughs Bakery- Home of the Orgasmic Donut or We have the Doughiest Balls in Town.”

Best sign I saw all year was in beautiful Fishkill New York. There was a plumbing supply store with a magnetic sign under their permanent sign, someone changed the sign to the ever classic “Lick my Nuts.” Just about drove off of Rt. 9.

Anyone see any funnier signs recently?
